WARRANTY

Lionwings Titanium Pry Bars and Saber Wallets are guaranteed for life to serve, work and protect. We stand by our customers and our products. Note that Pry Bars made of Brass are not covered by this warranty as brass is a softer, more decorative metal. Also Ultem® products are not covered as Ultem® is a more brittle material. 

Lionwings LLC. warrants to the owner that their genuine Lionwings LLC Titanium Pry Bar or Saber Wallet will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, abuse, accident, loss, theft, cosmetic wear, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Some examples of what our warranty does not cover includes: scratches, dents, Cerakote chipping, bending caused by extreme forces (using your pocket Pry Bar to handle the job of a crowbar / wrecking bar). Stripped threads are not covered so please be careful when disassembling or tightening screws. Screws not covered by warranty.

Our warranty covers products purchased directly through our website (www.lionwings.co) or through one of our authorized re-sellers. Proof of purchase may be required including a receipt, original order number, or the full name and email address of the purchaser.

Please note your Titanium Pry Bar or Saber Wallet was finished by hand and there may be slight imperfections, machine or grinder marks etc.. These imperfections are the marks of our craftsman and make every product unique. 

Policy Procedure

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please email a photo of your item with evidence of your issue and your order information to brian@lionwings.co. Please have your proof of purchase ready and have read our warranty information!

We reserve the right to replace the product with another similar product, repair the product or refund the original purchase price. If we elect to repair or replace shipping is not included and there will be a shipping fee(s).
